Return Policy

We want you to love your order from Nature Misc. and we stand by the quality of our products. Since all products are made to order, we only offer replacements in the rare case of misprints, damage during shipping, or manufacturing defects.

 

Replacements for Damaged or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a printing issue, please send us a photo of the problem within 30 days of delivery. Once approved, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost. Returns are not required — you won’t need to ship the item back.

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • A clear photo of the item

 

We will process your request and get back to you within 1–2 business days.

 

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds. This policy helps us reduce waste, keep prices fair, and protect against misuse. Thank you for understanding. We are a small creative brand and truly appreciate your support!
